Hometown: New Bern, NC (I’m a native, folks!!!)

How old were you when you drank your first beer?: I was 3 years old.  I stole my dad’s beer from his fridge – (They were Yuenglings, actually), and then he realized I reverted back to crawling!!!

What was the first beer you ever drank?: Yuengling, of course!! When your dad is from PA, that’s what you drink!!!

What is your favorite style of beer?: Porters for the winter, lagers for the summer.

What is your favorite Porter and Lager?: Always been a Guinness fan, actually, and lately, I think the Devil’s Backbone Vienna Lager is amazing.

What is your favorite brewery?:  I don’t really have a favorite, but I love to support NC Breweries.

You’re mowing your grass, what are you drinking?: Whatever’s in the fridge!!!!

Are you a home brewer or have any desire to home brew?: I’m not a home brewer now, but I might like to home brew in the future.

What do you like about Brütopia?:  The atmosphere and the fact that I have my own locally handmade mug and hopefully more in the future.

Do you ever attend beer festivals?: Of course! As a wine rep for Coastal Beverage I’m always attending beer festivals.

Ok, so you’re a wine rep for Coastal Beverage!   Any difference between wine and beer drinkers that stand out to you?  Of course.   Beer drinkers think wine tastes like vinegar.   Most wine drinkers appreciate craft beer.

How far would you be willing to drive for your favorite beer?: If I plan right, it doesn’t matter. If it’s that good, it deserves to be traveled!!
