Tim Dryden has spent the last 22 years in Marine Corps Aviation logistics management.  Tim started brewing beer in his home about 5 years ago and is an active member of the Alcohol Through Fermentation (ATF) Homebrew Club.  He lives in New Bern with his wife Dawn and their two girls Madison and Hailey.

Bryan has spent the last 20 years with the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. He has been brewing his own beer for 15 years and is the currently the president of the ATF Homebrew Club. Bryan lives in Beaufort with his wife Amanda and his two children, Charles and Jessica.
